1. A sheer, sheen fitted cloth, usually in solid colors, designed to protect hair that has been processed, or chemically bamboozled, in fades, waves or gumby's
2. A swash of rayon or silk worn on the head as a symbol of working people deciding to wear something usually found in the house, outta the house.
3. Something the NFL is afraid of because they think it evokes thuggery, gangs and general street ghetto crunk.
4. Towelette for wiping grass in the early morn.

A beaner rag is a used condom that is found in the dirt, a dumpster,etc.
Baner rags are manely used by the homeless or mexicans(beaners).

Joe Shit the Rag Man 

A term used during the 1960's and early 70's used by somebody either forgotten or intentionally not invited to some kind of function (party, orgy, etc.), the last to know about something, or whose opinion wasn't either wanted or solicited.

Btw, boisterous, ignorant, low iq marines (i'm redundant...) like to take credit for this term, like everything else of their non-invention...

Splooge Rag

A rag used for cleaning splooge off of oneself. Sometimes guys may splooge directly into the splooge rag to make clean up easier.

I keep my splooge rag under my bed so it's always there when I need to clean splooge off myself.
