Abruptly, when the music turns back off, the females scramble to sit on the remaining of the males faces leaving one female still standing.

Lizard music is primarily enjoyed by confused wooks and bass heads, and highly prevalent in Utah, Colorado and the Midwest by people who used to worship bassnectar as a deity.
It lacks common taste and melody and uses loud bass sounds and lack of a regular beat structure to overcompensate instead.

Their channel could be based around any topic, like gaming, animation or science. The song is usually made with the intent to gain a following from it or using it to boost reputation. They aren't making it out of passion, which is why the term is used in a derogatory manner.
