Military slang for "the person who takes charge and gets shit done."
This person is not necessarily the highest ranking in the group.

You come upon a bunch of people standing around a vehicle with a flat tire, smoking and joking. You notice there is a leadership vacuum - no one is taking charge, so you ask, "Who is fucking the chicken here? Where's the chicken fucker?" in such a way that inspires the most ambitious and motivated person to step forward into a strong leadership role.

Nostalgia Chick

The female counterpart to the Nostalgia Critic. Like him, she dissects the media crazes and horrors of yesteryear (80's and 90's) with a rare, hilarious incisiveness. She generally reviews the girly nostalgia- Teen Witch, Thumbelina, Pocohantas, and Labyrinth being some of the funniest- though there was one instance when their turf overlapped (Ferngully) and they co-reviewed it after having one of the best fights on the internet.

chickenshit

WWII troop slang for military bureaucratic bullshit. The word implies that the regulations in question are so silly and trifling that they don't measure up to the level of bullshit. Subsequently, the word came to be merely an intensification of the epithet chicken.

In life and death matters, soldiers relied on their common sense and ignored the chickenshit regulations their superiors foisted upon them whenever possible.
