Everyone: Uh, ok... Where is that in the books and movies?
J. K. Rowling: Nowhere, i just made it so.
Everyone: Why are you saying this only now? Back in 2007 (when the last Harry Potter book came out) only one state had gay marriage legalized. Don't you think the LGBTQ community would have liked your support more back then?
J. K. Rowling: ...
Everyone: ...
J. K. Rowling: Well... but now he is SUPER gay.
Everyone, to each other: man, virtue signalling like this is just so pretentious.

- A term used to describe the condition of an object, where the condition is beyond the observer’s ability to accurately assess what is wrong or how to fix it.
- A vague statement used to try and trick others into thinking that something is not as bad as it really is.
- A phrase used by technically challenged, and/or by motivationally challenged persons to describe the condition of an object.
- Using the statement "showing signs of wear" is in fact showing signs of wear.

Brown Sign Language

As Urban Dictionary is to Webster's, Brown Sign Language is to American Sign Language. A collection of lewd or outrageous terms communicated in 'slang' sign language, BSL is used by deviant strands of the hearing-impaired community and their miscreant, funk-loving friends. Using common-sense hand gestures to represent graphic activities, BSL is absolutely inappropriate for respectable family settings.

Todd and Eric were telling jokes about wet dreams in Brown Sign Language at the wedding reception when they realized the bride's parents could read their signs from across the ballroom. Fortunately, the bride was a patient woman and eventually forgave them for using BSL in front of her family.
