Rotten Rhyme

In lyrics or poetry, forcing a rhyme between two words that don't rhyme by mispronuncing one of the words so that it rhymes with the other.

Named for Johnny Rotten, lead singer of the Sex Pistols. In the song "Anarchy in the U.K.", the word 'anarchist', is mispronunced to rhyme with 'Antichrist'.

P1: Are you almost done writing those lyrics?

P2: I would be, but nothing rhymes with fucking 'orange'.

P1: Fuck it, just use a rotten rhyme.
