Dirty Italian

Firstly, bring a pot with water to a boil. Then, you slip a jar of mariana sauce directly into your anal cavity and after doing so, carefully insert raw spaghetti into your urethra. Once the pasta has been inserted, you jettison it out into the boiling water and cook it until Al Dente. Then hoist your asshole to the sky and blast the mariana sauce out from your anus in an arch as the sauce splats down.

After finishing the dish, serve to whomever you wish.

Sandy said that she wanted Italian for dinner, so I made the Dirty Italian.
