A person or a child that tends to yell when it is not necessary. It's as if they can only communicate by yelling. If you are watching a TV, you probably won't be able to hear anything. You would have to watch the movie or show the next time it comes on without them around.

Judy: Did you watch The Walking Dead?

Nichole: I did, but my sister was yelking throughout the whole episode. Even turning the volume up didn't work.
