Ghetto Trifle

A Ghetto Trifle is a Jaffa Cake that has been injected with small amount of absinthe by pipette into the sponge section.

The Ghetto trifle is best eaten in one go. (Full moon for those who remember the advert)
For some reason this odd combination works. It's not enough to get you pissed but it definitely gives you a little boost.
For those party people with a sophisticated palette.
How this came about know one really knows but legend says the plants told our ancestors how to do it.
