All the qualities of a regular scrote magnified by other qualities such as, urinating on friends furniture, getting in fights with scrotes of the lower class, sleeping in a car for hours on end, stealing alcohol from their place of work, and being intoxicated at times of inconvenience.

I always thought the scrotal raphe was a scar left from where they installed my balls at the factory.
