The song was mainly produced by Timbaland, and was sang by Aaliyah with background vocals provided by Playa. It was written and composed by the late Static Major (Stephen Ellis Garrett). Many people just refer to it as the song with the baby laughing/crying it it.

Timbaland decided to throw that in at the last minute, despite some of his friends saying that it sounded stupid. Also, the "dirty south" intro to the song was thrown in at the last minute along with the baby giggling.
