C2C Ratio

Stands for 'Cunt to Cock Ratio' and refers to the ratio of women to men at a given event. It is rarely given as an actual number but its favourability is often discussed.

Person 1: "Hey, did you get any lovin' at Dave's party last night?"
Person 2: "Nah, his C2C ratio was shocking. Far too cock heavy."

Person 1: "What're you up to on Saturday night? Fancy coming to a housewarming party we're throwing?"
Person 2: "Depends. How's your C2C ratio looking?"
Person 1: "Very favourable. Amy's invited most of her gymnastics team along. We'll be knee deep."
Person 2: "Sold! What time's it kick off?"

Coward's Ratio

When a status (especially on Twitter) has significantly more likes than it does retweets/reposts/shares. Usually happens when people like or agree with a statement, but are afraid to share on their own profile for fear of being mocked or embarrassed. Usually involves taboo sexual remarks or embarrassing bodily functions.

If someone writes about how all of us have had a crush on a hot cousin at one point or another, and 9.4k people have liked it but only 37 people have retweeted it, that's the Coward's Ratio.

pirate radio

An unlicensed radio station, often broadcasting political or controvercial material. The term was coined in the 1960's with "Radio Caroline", which broadcasted from a ship just outside of British territorial waters. Today's pirate broadcasters often play dance music not normally heard on comercial stations, or are intended to provide entertainment or opinions outside the mainstream.

The pirate radio station broadcasted trance music into the early hours of the morning.

radio-ham

Common-use word for Government licenced 'Radio Amatuer Operator'. Often thought to be a CB operator, but with much more technical knowledge and apparatus for world-wide communication. Some "hams" are quite content to 'work around the corner' with very simple equipment, whilst others use earth-moon-earth and satellites to communicate with each other. Many Governments register 'radio-hams' as emergency telecoms stations in the event of national disasters etc.

Boy- "Hey mister, are you a CBer?"

Elmer - "No, I'm a Radio-Ham - a bit like a CBer's big brother, but much more complicated"

a kick ass band that plays kinda an emo rock. they are awesome, and totally cute. they are so good that people might wanna steal your radio to listen, and that is why they are dangerous in the radio. i love danger radio, and you should too !
