Captain of the police crew on the Sega Dreamcast game Jet Grind Radio; a total jive turkey. Noted for his shortness, his funky hair/five o' clock shadow, and his determination to bring you down. An interesting cross between Dragnet and Dirty Harry.

Captain Onishima's motto is, "I'm the judge and the jury and I'm gonna send you down the river!". Pssh.

OOFSH

Something that is predominantly cool to those who use it..
A word that only the people who primarily created it know it's true meaning.
However, for others the meaning is thus: Oofsh means "that's cool", "very interesting". Basically something that is definitively fascinating, exciting & important to those who use it. Oofsh is to be used when excited about something.
That's what it was & when it was invented.

"We Got Tickets To Brand new" says one girl.
Her boyfriend replies "OOFSHH!"
