A Ngarat is a mythological creature, with a seagull body and the head of a young boy. It's teeth are similar to those of a human, but they are almost twice as long.

Ngarats, however, are not a naturally occurring species, and are more accurately classified as a disease or mutation. They developed when the DNA of a prepubescent male homosapien with a physical handicap is amalgamated with the DNA of a matured gull.
