When a guy with charm, sex appeal, compassion, and style causes you to very rapidly develop a huge crush on him, simply by being himself. Then you see him with someone else the next day causing your crush to woefully be crushed. Most times there is a sexual encounter involved. It is when you realize that a number of your friends have crushed on this same Romeo making you part of a group of people having been Kunzed. Usually found in gay culture.

Eric: Bobby what's the matter?

Bobby: I met this amazing guy named Claude and I really liked him a lot. But I saw him with Lee and they were hanging out together.
