Noun - fishbowler
One who does a pointless task in pursuit of a fruitless goal. Concept originally created in an irc discussion of a person on grouphug.org that admitted to putting his dick in a fishbowl. It is used primarily to indicate one that is begging for invites to a private website, which likely both has invites closed at the time, and another irc channel devoted to invites which has been ignored.

"That jackass can't stop coming into channels and annoying us with his fishbowling".

Fishtown

Probably the worst neighborhood in all of Philadelphia. Filled with a bunch of people who think their better then everyone since forever. Nothing good comes from fishtowners at all. This neighborhood ds shouldn’t even exist bc of how bad the people blow here. Filled w a bunch of yuppies too along w a**hole parents who try to make their sped kids good at sports but fail to attempt each time. Not one good thing i have to say about Fishtown. They all think they can fight too which is the best part.

Being constrained by something, anything; having a limitation. This can be a rule, deadline, certain goal, etc.

*get on phone in computer lab*

Computer lab employee - "I'm sorry sir, but you can't be on your phone in here."

Guy - "That's so fishbowl!"

*when you get kicked out of lab for causing trouble*
