findraising

findraising (verb, noun, etc.) A sneaky way to find potential donors to a fundraising effort using a humorous, online survey/contest/campaign. Unsuspecting people have to enter personal information in order to vote or comment to the site. Little do they know they will be contacted later for financial support to a similar/related cause. Used recently by a Canadian political party who is hurting for funding, and to get back into power.

Ha ha ha! Let's vote for an onion ring on FaceBook to make our elected Prime Minister look less popular than an onion ring... he'll have less FaceBook friends than the onion ring. I hope this FaceBook campaign isn't just a sneaky FINDRAISING campaign for the political party that is not currently in power.

fanbrat

One of the few things that make anime look really bad. Fanbrats are very immature cartoon fans that flame anyone who has a different opinion than them. Usually young girls, they usually go after male anime characters that have dark and troubled personalities ex. Sasuke from Naruto or Shadow from Sonic.

One of my YouTube videos "Pervy Hinata Comics" get spammed because fanbrats tell me I'm "defacing" Naruto by putting in some shippings they don't agree with.

Fandangled

1) Fancy or special.

2) A fandangle is an elaborate but useless ornament. So if something is fandangled, it has been decorated to the point of excess.

3) ridiculous.

Carnsarn it Bob, I don't want no fandangled celly phone!
