Eshay or Adlay is an Australian youth subculture commonly associated with criminal activity, named after a slang word. The term “Lad” or "Adlay" is used more commonly to describe a delinquent teenager in Australia from Housing Commission, similar to the term Chav in the United Kingdom's Council Housing.
