Doropomo

Similar to the 'Pomodoro Method' except instead of multiple sessions of 25min study and 5min breaks, you have a 25min breaks separated with 5mins of study.

Person 1: Have you tried the Pomodoro Method?
Person 2: Yes, I didn't get on very well with it so I switched to the Doropomo Method. Massively improved my study-life balance. Highly recommend.
