Something confusing that has to do with women. Can be replaced with confuzzling. A man, or woman, can be cuntfuzzled if they have no idea of what to do with the immediate situation with a woman, or women.

Alex is so cuntfuzzled, he just needs to find himself a worthy girlfriend.
My life is So cuntfuzzling.
That boy is so cuntfuzzled.

confuzzled

Often used by girls who should know better to not use it as it's not a real word.

It means confused, but usually has several other words attached to it... such as 1 or more of the following:
dazed, bewildered, clumsy, etc.

I have a test coming up, but I can't think straight and I'm tripping over stairs... I'm just so confuzzled.
