It's when someone annoyingly dials and/or texts your cell phone. They finger fuck their own cell phone to try and get you to answer their multiple phone calls or reply to their repeated texts.

Often referred to as "blowing my phone up"!

When a couple has interchangeable phones, so you never know which one of them you are talking (texting) to. Telling people that one phone number is theirs and then switching phones with the other person so that no one ever knows how to get ahold of them. Often combined with textersonator tactics, making it nearly impossible to know who you are texting.

So, I thought I was texting Jim last night, but then Sally said it was her phone, and that Sally's phone number was now Jim's....I'm so confused, Jim's a cellphoney.

Originates from Tennis lore. Getting “cellphoned” is when one player hits a solid crushing winner to set the tone for the rest of the match. Cellphoning an opponent increases the players street cred.

Also used in daily life when something one does exceeds the extraordinary.

Whoa mate, did you just see Jimmy hit that crazy forehand slice drop lob? Sam got cellphoned there.

1. A drunk friend grabs your cellphone and dials some random number in your contact list and starts talking to that person.

2. A drinking game where you sit in a circle with your friends and spin your phone "like spin the bottle" but can call a random number in your contact list.
