Wench Bench

(Used in the context of the Viking Table).

A gathering place for women who are either associated with, related to, or attached to a member of the Viking Table. Ordinarily, it will be a wooden, metal or plastic bench in the same general area as (though not considered part of) the Viking Table. Discussions at the Wench Bench, while determined by its occupants, are generally centered around topics of feminine interest and would be of little interest to men at the Viking Table.

Horst, if you mention Oprah Winfrey at the Viking Table again, you'll have to join the ladies at the Wench Bench.

Overwatch term reffering to when someone is not on point (the objective in a match of Overwatch.) This term originates from when the famous player “BenChipKey” failed to get on point in a crucial match of Overwatch.

Often used to describe an exceptionally ugly face. Reminds us of the pitted, uneven mess formed by molten metal dripped by a welder onto his workstation.

benching

Benching is when you start dating someone you think is nice and who has potential, but you're not crazy about them. You don't know wether to keep dating them, or dump them and move on to the next one. This is where benching happens; instead of going for either of the above polarized options, you put your date in your mental 'maybe' folder and 'bench them' so you date around to see what else is out there.

Sarah: How's your dating life going, Jill, weren't you seeing that guy Jack?
Jill: Yeah I am, sort of. He's just ok, so I've been benching him and dating around more.

John: Hey Jack, how are things going with that girl Jill you're dating?
Jack: Idk man, I know she's seeing other guys, and I think I've been benched.
