(verb): Referring to the act of gently placing your hands inside of your pants for the purpose of comfort or relaxation, typically engaged in following a substantial meal or during periods of leisure. It is characterized by its non-erotic nature and is often employed as a means of idle diversion or soothing self-stimulation; "touching my balls."
Example 1:
James: "What are you guys doing after lunch?"
Andrew: "I don't know, I might start doing some work to get it out of the way. How about you James?"
James: "Yeah, same here."
**15 minutes pass, and Andrew walks into James's room.**
Andrew: "I thought you said you were going to be productive?"
James: "I thought so too, but I'd rather just TMB."
Example 2:
James: "Dude, we have a huge project due next week. Have you gotten started?"
Sal: "Nah, I've just been TMB if I'm being honest."
James: "What are you guys doing after lunch?"
