When the dog pooped in front of that cop, its a good thing I had on that shirt your Grandmother gave me for Christmas, it was quite the super duper pooper scooper! Other examples would be newspaper, CD case, a sock, etc.

Sneakingly supervising a project. Involves spying and other sleuth techniques because you don't have direct supervision powers but want the job done well.

Yeah, the cable guy came to set me up and I was snoopervising him the whole time, making sure he didn't eat my cheetos all day.
