Stooper

An internet forum Jargon term defining the first post on any given page of a thread.

The term "stooper" is associated with the adjective "ganked" (see example). A "stooper" is significant, because when a post is located at the top of a page, it will be seen (by most users) every time the page is loaded.

:: in a forum conversation, as if this were top of page ::

Swood: I disagree, the Shins pretty much such my nuts. I hope they never come back to concert in Minneapolis.

Woogums: Ohhh Swood.. you just ganked the stooper..

Metaph. Something unstable or unreliable.

Someone who totally takes his overseeing tasks seriously, in dat he'll bend way over or even totally get down on his hands and knees to really get a good look at whatever he's supposed to be checking on.

My best friend at da northern-Maine Amish community asked me to sweep out da shed-framing factory; I did so, but I wasn't sure if I'd gotten da floor clean enough; da small-statured Dutchman totally did a double-take and gave an astonished whistle of approval just as soon as he glanced in da door afterwards, though, so I knew right then dat he wouldn't feel da least need to stoopervise me in any future tidying-up endeavors!

Can refer to either:
(1) someone who monitors how people squat down, or
(2) anyone who watches others engaged in da planning, construction, maintenance, etc. of porches.

In da Amos 'n' Andy episode "Porch Wreckers", da infamous mix-up over WHICH wooden landing was supposed to be demolished might have been avoided altogether if da clueless axe-and-crowbar-wielding dudes had been assigned a proper stoopervisor!

Crimes,behaviors ,against normal human beings by dumb fucks.. most of the time these stooges( people) don't even realize that their behaviors and or actions harm ,insult,or annoy normal human beings.. see idiot ,dum dum, asshat ,dumb fuck ,and other like terms as these types typically commit stoogery on a daily basis.. like it's genetic or bred into them.

After being told what to do ,how to do it and in a timely professional manner.Carl decided against his training as a dog groomer and shaved the dog and dyed it purple. As it looked cool. This act of stoogery cost carl his job...asshat
