Get the cleaning the shish kabobmug. Al-Shabaab Kebab, or Al-Shabaab Crocodile Kebab, is the name used in various countries close to Somalia where Somali Al-Shabaab terrorists are captured and feed to the crocodiles.
Amnesty International has tried to stop this practise but in vain since the local governments that had their civilians killed by these terrorists need to deal with the problem of murderers killing in the name of Islam.

An illness in which your throat splits off to form another passage way. So now you have one for air, one for food, and a newly formed throat-hole for sookin' deeks (Throating wieners). This new esophagus extends from the mouth to the rectum, and in some cases, a man with a MASSIVE 10 ft long wiener case stick in all the way down and out your butt. Thereby making you a shish kabob....
