There is no cure for Rutabaga Syndrome and will eventually be fatal, the only way to control the illness is to spray the person with a mixture of cat piss, pesticide, and rutabaga extract/juice, or calling the police. The common way to tell someone they are near someone with this illness is to use the term "Code 4747"
