London slang for something you really like, most commonly used in relation to music. It basically translates as 'personal favourite' and seems to have arisen in relation to a small London chain of shops called 'Percy Ingle'.

The strongest character in TVDU. The most beautiful and cute. And of course the best doppelgänger! Superior to everyone in the show. Deserved so much better than the ending she got. She's been through more than any other character and still made it out as the baddest bitch of all, like Kai Parker said. And on top of that she never turned her humanity off after everything. After all, she is a survivor!
