A tour or excursion of upmost gnar-batch, within a vehicle of the van kind. Usually resulting in the inebriation of all occupants of said van, via excessive drinking of Van Tour Red (official van tour drink).

Generic person 1: hey do you wanna go on a van tour?

Generic person 2: damn right, sounds rad!

After a bad break up or other event a girl sleeps with as many men as possible. Like a tour of duty it can last any amount of time. Friends usually won't hear from the person on dick tour but will most likely hear tales from the battle field that is known as dick tour.
