Netidiot

Classification for people who incessantly post heated and insulting rebuttal messages in web forums. Nothing better to do than anonymously harass others online, it seems. A more productive use of their time would include thinking of ways to kill themselves. Instead, they submit volumes of circular text that always fails to make a point or debunk the original author’s statements with any validity.

The exchange can spiral out of control in a few different ways, usually after the original author responds to the comments. Often, the netidiot is incited by author’s reply, as though somehow shocked that someone they verbally assaulted would treat them with the same manner in return.

Most notable is the netidiot’s obvious emotional instability, and failure to recognize when they've been outwit and defeated. Remarkably, they always insist that any number of other posts that disagree with them are "stupid."

netizen

Just as a "citizen" is a member of a country, a "netizen" is a member of the internet. However, this term is overhyped and inaccurate Web 2.0 self-love for the following reasons:

- Citizens have legal rights regarding free expression and protection against illegal harassment and discrimination. Netizens do not.
- Citizens have legal responsibilities to their country including refraining from illegal harassment and discrimination. Netizens do not.
- Citizens are defined by their country, thus tied to a geographical location and forced to face the consequences of their opinions, choices and actions in that country. Netizens are not.
- Citizens are personally identifiable. Netizens are not.
This week, the blogosphere has been buzzing, with netizens giving their opinions on today's hot and pressing topic: Does Justin Bieber Have Syphilis? Netizen 'bieberfever4evaa11' said: 'JUSTIN BEIBER(sic) IS CLERLY(sic) NOT WELL, LEAVE JUSTIN BEABER(sic) ALONE!!' He - or she - later added: 'THESE ARE REAL TEARS I'M CRYING'

Netigeyser

A netigeyser is a spring characterized by an intermittent discharge of water ejected turbulently. It is accompanied by the burn of the saline solution you just ingested into your sinus cavities after using your neti pot. As a fairly common phenomenon, the formation of netigeysers is due to particularly severe congestion conditions that exist in your head. Warnings to those around you about the potential of releasing a netigeyser is considered good form.

Red-netics

Redneck genetics; characteristics on a redneck that descend through the family tree and inherited by the offspring of rednecks.
Reba and her sister, Dalene, both have very distintive red-netics as demonstrated by their missing teeth. Their mother has missing teeth, too. As did their grand-mammy, Bertha.
