(Gamer Slang) Someone who gets pleasure from playing a game at impossible difficulty settings, frequently dying and overall being quite bothered and frustrated. Someone with an intense masochistic drive in gaming, will enjoy games most when they are almost impossible and other people wouldn't even attempt them. These sorts of people are happiest, when they are also so frustrated as to constantly be cussing the game while playing.

A faction of the BDSM lifestyle shared by many people globally. It is named for both Marquis de Sade (120 Days of Sodom) of noble French birth and also for Leopold van Sacher Masoch (Venus in Furs). Both writers represent the two extremes of the spectrum. Sade represents male dominance, while Masoch represents male subservience. Hence the word we use today is a combination of the two.
