A McChugget is what you call someone that is being a spaz. They will do something stupid or unneeded, and the only thing you can say is that they are a McChugget. With the IQ of a McNugget, and the brain size of one too, McChuggets will continuously do stupid actions and get on your nerves. A perfect response to someone would be smh.
