Best used when you are upset with your partner. You are doing your girl missionary, you pull out and lean back in a full service stance. With a loud grunt of effort overhand spike your load into her face. Then with John energy yell at her "you're a disgrace!" Then storn out of the room mumbling to yourself "40 love".

I was mad at my girlfriend last night. Totally subjected her to a John mackenroe. Made me feel much better.
