Kibitz is the username of a gamer who pretends to be a girl. (Known in the Pokémon Revolution Online Community)
He/she/it is hoping to benefit from this act. Some thirsty unexpierenced kids are the targets.
This kind of thing is also called catfish.

A Kibitz can be detected by looking at the profile pic. Is it an anime character? If so the chances just increased from 50% to 75%. Now try to ask the Kibitz to join Voice chat. If it takes an unusual amount of time, it might be because it is preparing a voice changer program. You will recognize it when the voice really is suspicious. Chances are 90% now.
To be 100% sure, try to find out its Instagram. You might find a group picture of Asian dudes. Guess who Kibitz is.
