Holy Fuck Lois originated from a porn video somewhere on the internet. People are using it as a joke when a random funny video starts. People are starting to think that the r34 fandom is starting to takeover the internet. The term "Holy Fuck Lois" is used also in "shitposts" which are a combination of weird videos with weird sounds.
