The act of uncontrollably erupting into a profanity laced hate-bomb directed at Governor Schwarzenegger each and every time the word “furlough” is heard, (most commonly diagnosed in California state workers).

"Furlough, f@cking bullsh&t, c*cksucker. I'd like to furlough that motherf#cker right in his five foot nothing ass!" said Bill.

Sadly, this is yet another sad case of furlough tourettes.

4. Place to go for themed parties.
5. Place to run into SAs.

Freshman: Catch ya on the frrow!
Senior: The what? Oh, I get it. Yeah, see you there.
Senior 2: Man, how do you not know that amazing word? The frrow is the place to be!

Furlough Beer

Beer that is consumed by students of the California State University system when their class(es) have been subjected to mandatory furloughs.

Furlough Beer often leads to more drinking of beer that is technically Non-Furlough. However, a strong argument can be made that any and all beer consumed from the start time of the first furloughed class to the start time of the next non-furloughed class is still technically Furlough Beer.

"I didn't know today was a furlough day! Let's go to (insert campus bar) for some Furlough Beer!"
