it is a slur that is very offensive towards latin america, central africa and certain countries of north africa people. certain countries like morocco, tunisia, Libya can not say this slur. But countries like algeria can say it. Theres also many ways to write it like fiuks, fiuqs, fioucs !

i hate all fiouks.
