It's an insult used when someone mis-reads something, can't see something in front of them, or misses something called to attention for a short moment (like when you are in the car).

You are driving along when you see a pigeon fucking a snail. You say - 'Holy shit did you see that pigeon fucking that snail??'

The other person in the car says - 'No i missed it'

You say 'Nice one fuckeyes...'

fickernose

Someone who allows their nose to run and actually lets the drop fall from their nose without wiping it off. Many times a Fickernose will be to engrossed in telling a story to notice that each time he shakes his head the drop jiggles back and forth. This leaves the listener to dodge this way and that way, for fear it will fly off and juice him. A true Fickernose will be unaffected by dripping onto his pants while leaning forward to check his lottery tickets. A Fickernose is most active in cold weather, sometimes stopping on a long walk to chat with an old friend and simultaneously watering the pavement.

I was walking home from class during December when an old friend stopped to talk to me and slicked up the parking lot like a Fickernose.
