banging distance is when you enjoy having sex with someone and they are a bit far to date but great for the occasional hook up and that is perfect.

The pauses in Christopher Walken's speech should from now on be referred to as "Walken Distance". The longer the pause, the greater the Walken Distance.

This term can also be used to define the distance between you and a cowbell. If you can hit the cowbell, it is within Walken Distance.

A good example of this would be an hour to 2 hour drive in between.
