A term used to describe someone who isn't necessarily bad-looking, but not attractive enough to be considered good-looking.

Person A: Hey, do you think person C is hot?
Person B: Nah, but I wouldn't say person C is ugly, though. Person C is decent-looking.

1) Truthful and/or sincere

2) No bullshit

Typically said in the phrase: “Let’s be honest-decent,” when either agreeing with a statement someone else had just made, or preceeding a statement you are about to make.

Decent-looking

Decent-looking is , in other words, someone who is literally just hot. Fucking gorgeous, a 11/10, off the scales person, these types of people usually take pride in their hair cuts (unquestionably) and have the funniest personalities. Decent looking people are some of the best people you can know.
