Aztec word : Ahuacatl (Fun fact : "catl" (testicle) and "kontol" (penis) in Javanese have the similar meaning, maybe it's just a coincidence), meaning "Green Testicle (fruit)", due to similarities to a human testicle.
The fruit is said to be a super food, and commonly be added in salad dishes.
