This term connotes an endorsement of violent revolutionary tactics, totalitarian governance, social oppression, and censorship, including its policies associated with historical communist countries. It also implies a tendency to deflect responsibility for these beliefs onto external political regimes when challenged and by becoming hostile, delusional, and aggressive.

This new student is one of those college commie types who defended these regimes and atrocities by blaming the people and not the leaders.
