Ultrafication

To ultraficate is to make fun of some sentence or expression that have just been said by using funny or sarcasitic voice. You use ultrafication when you are trying to strike back in conversation and you don't want to think of something cool to say so you just repeat the last sentence or few words that previous speaker said and you make it sound like it's being said by stupid sarcastic monkey.
