generic term for an item who's name you cannot remember at that given time

-Person 1- "may i have uh, you know, um, that, uh, that thingy thing, you know, um, the one, on the table, by the pepper..."
-Person 2- "you mean the salt?"
-Person 1- "Yeah! that's it!"

lady thing

Anything pertaining to ladies. Lady things can range from tea parties to bodily functions. Generally a sore topic amongst men (in fact, you'll probably never hear a man refer to a lady thing as a "lady thing.")

"you hook with louise last night?"
"nah she bored my boner with all this talk about lady things."
"wow, never say 'lady things' again."

From a video where everyone from the Victorious cast thinks that Ariana Grande is the best singer in the cast but Victoria says that everyone is a good singer. (Maybe because she is jealous of Ariana and didn't want to admit that Ariana is the best singer)

So basically.. You say this when someone says something about themselves, another person etc. and you won't admit that they're right, or something. You could use this in other situations too but i think this is the main reason.

A: I'm a very good singer..
B: i think we ALL are very good singers!!

The Hand Thing

A movement where you switch your hands back and forth clapping with other people, known as "The Hand Things." It came from a video on youtube with some mannequins who started to do it, and called it "The Hand Thing." It has now become an official thing to do when you're with your friends as a joke, or alone when you get bored.

"Let's do the hand thing."
"He's really good at doing the hand thing."
"He can do the hand thing really fast."
"I can't stop doing the hand thing, I showed your cousin it and he's now doing it too!"
