When you accidentally cough and fart at the same time.

I was coughing a lot last week, and I accidentally farted at one point. My mother was in the room, so I told her I was "coughing out of both ends" to hide the shame.

Get Out of Virginity Free Card

A person who has expressed a liking for you, and who you could (If you are a Virgin) shag if you wanted to, but you feel that:
a) You could do better than that person
b) Don't particularly trust them to take your virginity
c) They're a slut/whore/slag

Dave: "Hey, Mike, How'd things go with you and Katie go last night? I saw you walking upstairs with her..."
Mike: "Haha, not much, dude. We talked for ages but I think she's gonna be my "Get out of virginity free card" for a while"

fuck out of luck

This is a variation on the more time honored "shit out of luck". It is an even more adamant reference to the fact that the person being addressed is in a bad position with no obvious or readily available resolution. The phrase also has a very succinct internal rhyme and is therefore preferred by the more poetic users of 'colorful metaphors'.

Jill: Can I borrow your bike to go down to the grocery store? I need to get some feminine products RIGHT NOW!
Jack: Sorry, my bike was abducted by aliens, you're fuck out of luck!

Run Out of Town on a Rail

Olde-timey phrase, most commonly referring to the act of literally carrying someone perched uncomfortably on a rail to a point outside of the city limits. This was often a form of punishment for committing any act others thought was extremely bad. It is still sometimes used in the Southern states.

Doctor:What did she take?
Friend:These, Dexamil. Supposed to cure drinkin'
Doctor: Alan T. Whitman, M.D. That man ought to be run out of town on a rail.
