When a group of people gets together to worship an ancient fairy tale character(s). Extremists often reject science, just because, “it’s not what the (insert holy book) says!” Commonly against marriage equality, and other basic human rights. Many reject all evidence of scientific facts. The majority of religious people though, are good people, that just happen to believe in a god or gods.
