Rollins College is a small Liberal Arts college in Winter Park, Florida. On a beautiful lake with smokin' laddies in Beemers. Number three in Playboy 2002, a highly disputed ranking for number one. Cocktails by the pool with girls in bikinis.

Get the Brown Collegemug. If you were to picture a quintessential Southern campus, Salem College would be it. The oldest women's institution in the nation boasts not only its history and beauty, but also its student body of smart, independent women that work hard and play harder. Unlike other all-women schools, Salem balances brains with beauty--- and has a healthy dose of both. So if you want a Southern girl whose daddy has money but who doesn't feel the need to broadcast it by wearing Lily Pulitzer and Lacoste all the time, come to Salem. You can rest assure that these girls have more important things to worry about than who can dress the cutest. After all, Hollins, Sweet Briar, Meredith, Peace, and RMWC girls will work for them one day...Vera Bradleys and all.

Get the Salem Collegemug. Small, Catholic (Franciscan), liberal arts college located in Loudonville, NY, which is just outside of the state capital, Albany. It has a beautiful campus with lots of nice outdoor space provided by the quads. Most of the students are from the northeast, particularly the Capital District, Long Island (Lawn Guyland), or Connecticut. For the most part, the students are kind and laid back. They are generally very hardworking, but like to party by the same token. Great example of a work hard, play hard school.

Get the Siena Collegemug. One of the worst college institutions in New York. Every team sucks except Women's basketball and sometimes Men's Hockey. Half the population is African-American, the other half is too scared to leave their rooms. 39% of the girls are lesbian, 89% of whats left are ugly. The weather blows, the financial aid sucks, the town it's located in is dead and gone. The Most fun thing to do is 20 minutes away at club Lava. Some Utica clubs are cool too, when they stay open. That is, if you like drugs, illegal operations, guns, knives, and deaths. Sometimes the grass is green, that's a plus. The dorms look like an insane asylum, and someone out of third grade could get accepted here.
5th grader: Mommy, well i ever go to college?
Mom: Don't worry son, there's always Utica College.
5th Grader: Can I play football there?
Mom: anyone with eyes and 2 legs can. You're all set!

Get the Utica Collegemug. Also known as the Electorate. A very complex way of electing the President of the United States that is mandated in the Constitution. Each state is given a number of electors or electoral votes by population—California 54 and Wyoming 3—equal to the number of electors it has in the Congress. On election day Americans actually vote for an elector to cast their vote rather than voting for the President himself, despite what the ballot says. Most states have a “winner take all” system that gives all of its electoral votes to the candidate with the most votes. However, some states have no law, and the electors may vote for the candidate they wish or their electoral votes will be awarded based on the popular vote. Six weeks after the general election and the popular vote, the chosen electors travel to their state capital to cast their vote for President; these are the actual votes cast for the President. The candidate with at least 270 electoral votes (one more vote than 50% of the total electoral votes) is the winner. The electoral college and not the popular vote, is what actually elects the President. This system was put in place by our Founding Fathers in the Constitution but resulted in two candidates—one being George W. Bush in 2000—being elected after losing the popular vote. The electoral college has come under fire a few times (usually by liberals who don’t like the Constitution), but works in general. The last time was in 2000 after George W. Bush defeated Vice President Al Gore. The system isn’t perfect but ideal in a Representative Republic like the United States. Changing it would require a Constitutional Amendment by the Congress and a majority of the fifty states.
