Puke dog status can only be obtained by becoming overly intoxicated at a local watering hole, precedeing to dance wildly by one's self this person shakes his or her head so violently that when he/she goes to the bar to take a shot, the puke dog lets loose and blows terrible smelling puke all over the bar causing mass exiting.

The person who says it loudest, or gets beaten shitless/makes a miraculous esccape/gets kicked out first wins. Other words such as 'John' can be used to prolong the game and create additional confusion.
