This is the name given to any designated Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival love interest. This is typically a person you meet at the festival who you hit things off with in a big way, however a Chella Bella can also be someone who you bring to the festival. This is a person who you hangout with for some or most of the weekend and who you make amazing memories with.
