An english slang word. A slag, a person who gets around a lot. Another word for "slag" is whore or bitch. Like these other sentences, you can use these words in an aggresive manner.

Example 1.
1. You know that bitch Kyle?
2.Yeah, what about her?
1.She's such a slag, she keeps fucking our friends just because she's horny.

Example 2.
1. This person is such a slag.
2. Why?
1. Because she's always so fucking annoying and always tries to hit on me, like bro idc about you.

The lad version is just “man slag”

It can also be used as a verb, “slagging”, but that means when someone’s talking shit about you behind your back.
