Fuckerati (pl.) is a portmanteau, pointing to the sexual version of literati, or intellectuals.
Fuckerati are the intellectuals of sex, meaning they belong to the elite caste of those experienced and knowledgeable in the most esoteric and complex ways of sex. Basically they are the know-it-alls of sex.

When your Chron-fucked you act normal, but you have no idea what your doing or what is going on around you. When you tell people you are 'Chron-fucked.' it means your on your level.
